Because we do not use recurring subscriptions, there is nothing to cancel. You never have to worry about forgetting to turn off auto-renew. Once you purchase a credit package, that is the only charge you will see. If you wish to stop using Momoo AI, simply stop buying credits.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

We want you to be satisfied with our AI generation quality. We offer refunds on credit packages if the following strict conditions are met within the guarantee window:

Note: If your usage exceeds these limits (e.g., generating >80 credits worth of images), the service is considered "consumed" and is non-refundable due to the GPU costs incurred.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
• Accounts that have exceeded the usage limits listed above.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., generating illegal content, deepfakes, or harassment).
• "Change of mind" requests after substantial usage.
